You bought AI. Did anything change?

At the beginning of this year, PwC reported a statistic that should have gotten every executive’s attention.

56% of CEOs reported that AI had delivered neither higher revenues nor lower costs over the past 12 months.

Only 12% reported achieving both.

That data was real, but it was never a reason to slow down.

It was a reason to ask: what needs to change for the investment to actually translate into performance?

Nearly eight months later, I think every leadership team should be asking a simpler question. What changed?

  • Are your people producing more?
  • Are decisions happening faster?
  • Are teams spending less time on low-value work?

Or did the company buy an AI tool, and hope productivity would eventually follow?

AI productivity gains will not occur without AI enablement. And AI enablement cannot come only from the company, or from the tool you adopted.

Real AI enablement starts with the person doing the work, breaking their process down and rebuilding it.

What are you responsible for?

  • Where do you lose time?
  • What work shouldn’t require you at all?
  • How many meetings can end with production rather than “food for thought”?

How can AI make you dramatically better at your job?

For the last 15 years, I’ve worked with thousands of organizations, decision-makers and C-suite leaders on human capital growth and how people ultimately move a company’s mission forward.

Today, it is about how much more each person can do with AI behind them.

AI gives us an opportunity to fundamentally expand what people are capable of, but only if we redesign work around them. Not around the tool. Not around the license.

Around the person.

Wherever your organization is today, I want to help.

  • If you’re seeing results and want another level, let’s find it.
  • If you’ve invested but aren’t seeing the return, let’s understand why.
  • If you’re stuck in pilots, let’s turn experimentation into operating behavior.
  • And if you haven’t acted because the choices feel overwhelming or you’re experiencing analysis paralysis, that’s okay too.

Condor will meet you where you are.

I’m not interested in helping companies use more AI. I’m interested in helping their people perform better because of it.

And hopefully, eight months from now, we aren’t asking the question. We are sharing the increased performance from a workforce we invested in.
